Terms & Conditions

 

The terms and conditions as outlined below form the conditions of entry for the Islander Estate Vineyard Competition, 2014.

 

• By participating, entrants agree to all terms and conditions.

• One entry per household/business.

• Entrants must be over 18. Kauppila Pty Ltd encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly.

• All entries will be the property of Kauppila Pty Ltd. The information entrants provide will be used by the promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and for occasional contact regarding future building or development on Kangaroo Island.

• Entrants agree to being contacted by Kauppila Pty Ltd - regarding building on Kangaroo Island.

• Approximate prize value of Islander Estate Vineyard wines is $500 and is not transferrable for cash. 

• Entries close  31st March 2015, 5pm.

• All entries will be assigned a number and the winner selected by www.random.org number generator.

• Entrants must be available for prize delivery within two weeks of competition closing. 

• Entrants must complete all questions in the Customer Survey and agree to subscribe to our (occasional) mailing list.

• All entrant details will be kept confidential and on Kauppila Pty Ltd database, and not given to a third party. 

• The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kauppila Pty Ltd may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value as determined by Kauppila Pty Ltd.

• Kauppila Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

• Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transport of prize.  Prize will be delivered by hand or postage (only to a delivery address in Australia, belonging to a valid completed survey entry).
